superb stay, clean and convenient!
helpful staff cleanliness easy access
the staff was helpful and friendly, especially when i needed directions to local attractions. the cleanliness of the hotel really stood out to me, my room was super clean and well-kept every day. i also found the location great with easy access to public transportation options, very convenient.
i noticed there wasn't enough variety of snacks at the bar. it would be great if the bar offered a wider selection of light bites alongside the drinks.

the hotel is in a convenient location, close to the city center. rooms were clean. the staff were helpful and friendly.
the room felt small, it was really cramped. the breakfast buffet provided many options. however, the quality seemed mediocre.

The staff were so friendly. They helped me with everything, and the customer service was excellent. the lobby was very nicely decorated, and the room was clean and neatly decorated though simple. there was a courtyard garden, it was lovely, and the hotel allowed me to store my luggage after i checked out.
the room was far too small. there was no room to store luggage out of the way. the side table next to pointless. the bathroom was small but serviceable.

friendly staff decent shower great location short walk
The staff was very cute and friendly. The room offered a decent shower. The hotel enjoys a great location. It is only a short walk to the hustle and bustle yet quiet enough to relax. I found the metro close. The hop-on-hop-off bus stops are around the corner.
I found the mattress lumpy and the pillow Appalling.

The breakfast included many choices. I especially liked that there was no cooked breakfast, maintaining focus on fresh ingredients and a variety of lighter options. The space was well kept. Supermarket close by, this aided in grabbing food for those without breakfast included.

Reception staff provided great recommendations for local places to see and dine. The staff allowed leaving bags in the hold. They also let me use the bathroom before my flight. This demonstrated good customer service.

The room was clean, it had a retro modern twist. It was of a reasonable size, and the bed WAS very comfortable. Each day the room was tidied. The shower features a large, effective showerhead.

The location allowed easy walking to many attractions. The hotel Is close to rail links and shops. Metro access is very convenient, it provides quick transport to central areas. The central station is accessible by foot, a manageable distance.

quiet room comfortable room convenient location
The staff helped me find a quieter room upon arrival. The room was very comfortable. The hotel location is convenient, very close to a metro station and a bus station.

clean room helpful staff local gins coffee facilities paper cups cheap products
the room was clean and adequate. the reception staff were helpful. the bar offered local gins. this can be typical for the chain.
there were no coffee making facilities. paper cups were in the room. cheap bath products were provided. they supplied a map that you can't read.
